1. Appointment Bookings.

All appointments are subject to availability and can be booked online or by contacting the clinic. Confirmation will be sent via email once your booking is complete.

2. Consultations.

Initial consultations are complimentary and can be conducted via video or in-person with our expert team. A consultation is required prior to any new treatment to ensure suitability and discuss treatment options.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling.

  •    We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  •    Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or missed appointments may incur a fee.

4. Late Arrivals.

Please aim to arrive promptly for your appointment. If you are late, we may have to adjust the treatment time or reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients.

5. Payment.

Payments for treatments are due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments.

6. Health and Medical Conditions.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments that may affect your suitability for our services. All information provided is confidential and used only for treatment purposes.

7. Results and Aftercare.
